It’s easy to put together and intuitive to use. It’s very comfortable to wear. The red light feels soothing, but the fabric is breathable so your head doesn’t get sweaty and uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that the hat was made of sturdy canvas, but didn't feel to heavy. The strap in the back is adjustable and it came with some absorbent pads in case you sweat. Given that I am currently using this in January, that hasn't been an issue.
It comes with a very easy remote that lets you adjust the intensity and duration. The default is set to the recommended 30 minutes. I found this very comfortable to wear and forget I have it on while watching tv. Its too soon to tell whether I'll have results, but the LEDs seem very bright and well spaced throughout.

I have had some issues with hair falling out and hair shedding over the past 6 to 8 months so I was looking for a red light hat to try to help with the hair loss. The hat itself is very well-made and of high-quality. It has five different levels of intensity as well as a timer. For the money this hat is a great deal!

There is one deceptive thing about the initial disceiption, but it’s probably keywords that they use to get attention to the product and that is the fact that they use the word “laser” cap. It is not a laser cap. It’s LEDs. But those have generally proven just as effective as lasers, maybe more so depending on the study.
It’s significantly less pricey than all the other products out there so it’s probably worth the gamble. I read a lot of medical studies on the effects of this, not advertisements, and they have all shown It’s just as effective as laser treatment.
There is no consensus about how much time you should spend under the cap sometimes more isn’t better but I guess 15 or 20 minutes every other day seems to be optimal.
In some studies, it was found that too much light can actually damage the hair follicle. So with this moderation is going to be important.

I can tell that my hair isn't falling out as bad. I think the Laser Cap is effective for the price. It's easy to use. The instructions are easy to follow. Adjust the cap to your size and start. I usually use level 4 for 30 minutes. I'm usually cold, but wearing the cap makes me warm. That is a plus in my book.
