I have used a red light therapy mask on my face for antiaging benefits for over a year and have noticed great results. I have had some issues with hair falling out and hair shedding over the past 6 to 8 months so I was looking for a red light hat to try to help with the hair loss. This hat comes in a very nice storage box along with a very detailed manual as well as two separate power supplies. You can either plug this into the wall or you can use a portable power supply, which allows you to be more mobile. The hat itself is very well-made and of high-quality. It has five different levels of intensity as well as a timer. The hat has both 660nm red light and 850 nm infrared light. This is not an overnight fix so it is going to take some time to see how much it helps with my hair growth but with the studies and my past experiences with red light therapy I think it should really help me out. As an added bonus I didn’t realize this hat can help with headaches and sleep as well. For the money this hat is a great deal!
